Roof Repair Smedway handles Roof Replacement projects across Leicester from full tear-off through final inspection, with a written scope you approve before anything is torn down.
We also coordinate Roof Replacement timing around Leicester weather patterns, scheduling tear-off days when the forecast gives us the best chance of staying dry.
We also help Leicester homeowners plan for material delivery timing so a Roof Replacement doesn't sit half-finished waiting on backordered shingles.
Documentation provided before the first tear-off day, not after you ask.
Local Leicester crews mean your Roof Replacement start date isn't pushed out for weeks.
Material and labor costs are broken out separately in every Roof Replacement estimate.
We match material choice to Leicester's climate exposure, not just the lowest bid.
A complete Roof Replacement covers more than swapping shingles — here's what's actually included.
Old roofing is stripped down to the decking, with any rotted or damaged boards replaced before rebuilding.
Ice and water barrier gets installed at eaves and valleys per current code requirements.
Architectural shingles are installed to manufacturer nail patterns and exposure specs, not a rushed approximation.
Metal replacement costs more upfront but often outlasts asphalt by decades in the right climate.
Poor attic ventilation shortens the life of a new roof, so we assess and upgrade it as part of most Roof Replacement jobs.
We protect landscaping and driveways during tear-off and do a full magnetic nail sweep before leaving.
We start with a conversation about your roof's age, material preferences, and timeline.
A crew lead inspects your Leicester roof in person and measures the full scope of work.
You get a full written estimate covering materials, labor, and disposal before any tear-off is scheduled.
A final walkthrough confirms the finished roof matches the agreed scope before we consider the job done.
